Position: Recreation Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a recreation or guest activities leadership role, preferably in a luxury resort.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and manage a wide range of guest recreational programs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide the recreation staff.
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills, with fluency in English.
• Passionate about wellness, local culture, and creating memorable guest experiences.
