Position: Sous Chef – Culinary Chinese

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience and expertise in various styles of Chinese cuisine.
• Proven track record as a Sous Chef or senior CDP in a reputable Chinese restaurant or luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a specialized kitchen team.
• Creative in menu development and presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen management.
