Position: Sous Chef – Culinary Chinese
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience and expertise in various styles of Chinese cuisine.
- Proven track record as a Sous Chef or senior CDP in a reputable Chinese restaurant or luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a specialized kitchen team.
- Creative in menu development and presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen management.
