Position: Chef de Partie – Culinary The Restaurant (Indonesian Cuisine)
Qualifications:
- Specialized expertise in authentic Indonesian cuisine from various regions.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a similar setting.
- Ability to manage a specific kitchen section and guide junior staff.
- Creative approach to traditional dishes and presentation.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
