Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in a hotel.
• Excellent communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and guest requests efficiently and professionally.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-centric attitude.
