Position: Duty Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory role (e.g., FO Supervisor, Assistant Manager).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and guest service recovery skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
• Proficient with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• A dynamic personality with a passion for art, culture, and delivering a unique guest experience.
