Position: Duty Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory role (e.g., FO Supervisor, Assistant Manager).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and guest service recovery skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
- Proficient with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- A dynamic personality with a passion for art, culture, and delivering a unique guest experience.
