Position: Duty Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the Front Office department.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage front office operations and handle guest relations.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and fluent in English.
• A passion for art, culture, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
