Position: Safety & Security Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a security management role within a 5-star resort environment.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, emergency procedures, and risk management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and train a security team effectively.
- Excellent crisis management and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant certifications in security and safety (e.g., K3, Gada Utama) are highly desirable.
