Position: Safety & Security Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a security management role within a 5-star resort environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, emergency procedures, and risk management.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and train a security team effectively.
• Excellent crisis management and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant certifications in security and safety (e.g., K3, Gada Utama) are highly desirable.
