Position: Pastry Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior pastry position within a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
- Creative flair and expertise in creating high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation (HACCP) standards.
- Ability to manage inventory, control costs, and develop new menu items.
