Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 5-star hotel or upscale dining environment.
- Exceptional customer service and team leadership skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
- Extensive knowledge of food, wine, and service standards.
- Ability to train, develop, and motivate a diverse team.
