Position: Chef de Cuisine – Bejana (Indonesian Restaurant)

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant, with a specialization in authentic Indonesian cuisine.
  • Strong culinary creativity and expertise in menu development.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing a kitchen team.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety, sanitation (HACCP), and kitchen finance.
  • Passion for showcasing the richness of Indonesian culinary heritage.
