Position: Commis – Mediterranean Cuisine
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis in a professional kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of Mediterranean ingredients and cooking methods is an advantage.
- A graduate of a culinary school or equivalent apprenticeship.
- Hardworking, eager to learn, and able to follow instructions.
- A strong commitment to teamwork and kitchen hygiene.
