Position: Director of Conference & Banquet Sales
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in MICE or banquet sales in a senior management position at a 5-star hotel.
- Proven ability to drive sales and exceed revenue targets for events and conferences.
- Strong leadership skills to manage the conference and banquet sales team.
- Excellent negotiation, client relationship management, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the MICE market in Bandung.
