Position: Demi Chef (Captain Kitchen)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience at the similar position and knowledge of hotel kitchen operations.
- Good leadership, highly responsible, reliable and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong culinary skills and ability to assist the CDP.
