Position: Demi Chef (Captain Kitchen)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience at the similar position and knowledge of hotel kitchen operations.
• Good leadership, highly responsible, reliable and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong culinary skills and ability to assist the CDP.
