Position: Front Desk Agent (FDA) Mandarin Speaker
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years experience at the similar position and knowledge of hotel management software & system.
- Good leadership, highly responsible, reliable and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
