Position: Commis (All Day Dining)
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior chefs in the daily food preparation for the All Day Dining restaurant.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and cutting meat (mise en place).
- Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station at all times.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis or in an entry-level kitchen position.
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- A passion for cooking and a strong desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willing to work in shifts.
