Position: Commis (All Day Dining)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior chefs in the daily food preparation for the All Day Dining restaurant.
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and cutting meat (mise en place).
  • Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station at all times.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis or in an entry-level kitchen position.
  • Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • A passion for cooking and a strong desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Willing to work in shifts.
