Position: Revenue Distribution Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of financial models for budgeting and forecasting to optimize hotel revenue.
• Manage all online distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and the hotel’s direct booking engine.
• Implement and monitor pricing strategies, yield management, and inventory controls across all platforms.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns to make data-driven strategic decisions.
• Ensure rate parity, content accuracy, and promotional alignment across all channels.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the same or similar roles within the hospitality industry.
• A passionate person with excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with financial modeling for budgeting and forecasting.
• Proficient with hotel PMS, Channel Managers, and Revenue Management Systems.
• In-depth knowledge of the online travel market and distribution landscape.
