Position: Chef de Partie – Indian Cuisine

Responsibilities:

• Lead a specific section of the kitchen dedicated to authentic Indian cuisine.
• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including tandoori, curries, and breads.
• Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes, following standard recipes.
• Supervise and train junior chefs and commis in the section.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station and adhere to all hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or senior cook specializing in Indian cuisine.
• In-depth knowledge of regional Indian cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients.
• Experience working in a 5-star hotel or reputable Indian restaurant.
• Ability to manage a kitchen section effectively.
• A passion for authentic Indian food and culinary excellence.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Formal culinary training is an advantage.
