Position: Hygiene Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor hygiene and food safety standards across all F&B operations.
• Conduct daily inspections and audits of kitchens and service areas to ensure compliance with HACCP.
• Provide training and guidance to all food handlers on proper sanitation practices.
• Maintain all hygiene-related documentation and records.
• Assist the Hygiene Manager in developing and updating food safety policies.

Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Food Science, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hygiene or food safety role within a large hotel or food production facility.
• In-depth knowledge of HACCP and local food safety regulations.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong observational skills.
• Good communication and training abilities.
• A proactive approach to ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
• Relevant food safety certifications are required.
