Position: Hygiene Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor hygiene and food safety standards across all F&B operations.
- Conduct daily inspections and audits of kitchens and service areas to ensure compliance with HACCP.
- Provide training and guidance to all food handlers on proper sanitation practices.
- Maintain all hygiene-related documentation and records.
- Assist the Hygiene Manager in developing and updating food safety policies.
Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Food Science, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hygiene or food safety role within a large hotel or food production facility.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP and local food safety regulations.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Good communication and training abilities.
- A proactive approach to ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
- Relevant food safety certifications are required.
