Position: Senior Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and drive revenue from assigned market segments.
- Develop and implement proactive sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment to build strong relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize hotel revenue.
- Mentor junior members of the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel in Jakarta.
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
- Strong network of contacts within corporate or MICE segments.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- A results-oriented and proactive approach to sales.
