Position: Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts and drive revenue from assigned market segments.
• Develop and implement proactive sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment to build strong relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize hotel revenue.
• Mentor junior members of the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel in Jakarta.
• Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
• Strong network of contacts within corporate or MICE segments.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• A results-oriented and proactive approach to sales.
