Position: Corporate Segment Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Specifically target and develop the corporate market segment to drive room night production and revenue.
- Identify and acquire new corporate accounts through proactive sales activities.
- Manage existing corporate accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate annual corporate rate agreements and manage RFPs.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities within the corporate segment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Manager with a focus on the corporate segment in a luxury hotel.
- Strong and established network of corporate clients in Jakarta.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in sales CRM systems.
