Position: Corporate Segment Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Specifically target and develop the corporate market segment to drive room night production and revenue.
• Identify and acquire new corporate accounts through proactive sales activities.
• Manage existing corporate accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Negotiate annual corporate rate agreements and manage RFPs.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities within the corporate segment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Manager with a focus on the corporate segment in a luxury hotel.
• Strong and established network of corporate clients in Jakarta.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proficient in sales CRM systems.
