Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for quality assurance.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens.
- Create staff schedules and assign daily duties.
- Address guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping promptly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Team spirit and service minded.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Detailed knowledge of cleaning chemicals and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS).
