Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office department.
- Act as the Manager on Duty, handling guest complaints and emergencies.
- Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for all guests.
- Supervise and support Front Office staff, including reception and concierge.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position or as a Front Office Supervisor.
- Positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Team spirit and a guest-centric, service-minded approach.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
