Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office department.
  • Act as the Manager on Duty, handling guest complaints and emergencies.
  • Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for all guests.
  • Supervise and support Front Office staff, including reception and concierge.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position or as a Front Office Supervisor.
  • Positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Team spirit and a guest-centric, service-minded approach.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
