Position: Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping department to include appropriate cleaning of all guest rooms and public areas.
- Plan, organize, and direct team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction.
- Purchase, re-order, and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
- Recruit, schedule, and train all new housekeeping staff members.
- Maintain the housekeeping budget, providing billing summaries and expenses for all supplies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a 4 or 5-star hotel (minimum 3-5 years).
- Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning standards, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Hands-on operational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiar with budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
- Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
