Position: Food and Beverage Captain

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the F&B service team during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist in training and developing service staff on menu knowledge, service standards, and upselling techniques.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area meet the hotel’s standards.
• Support the F&B Manager in daily administrative tasks and inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Min. 2 years experience in the same position
• Good communication and organization skills
• Team player with good personality
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
