Position: Corporate Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Manage relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and key partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across local and international markets.
- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, sales calls, and networking events.
- Work closely with Marketing and Revenue teams to optimize performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel or resort sales.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Passionate about hospitality, culture, and guest experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
