Position: Revenue Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement pricing and distribution strategies to maximize hotel revenue.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and booking patterns to make data-driven decisions.
• Manage all revenue streams, including rooms, F&B, and spa, through effective yield management.
• Oversee the hotel’s presence on all distribution channels, including GDS, OTAs, and direct bookings.
• Prepare accurate and timely revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Revenue Management role, preferably in a luxury resort.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Expert proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
• In-depth knowledge of channel management and online distribution platforms.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent command of English.
