Position: Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the procurement process for all hotel goods and services, ensuring quality and value.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts and terms.
- Implement and manage an efficient inventory control system to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their needs and forecast procurement requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Purchasing Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills.
- Thorough knowledge of supply chain management and procurement best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
