Position: Purchasing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the procurement process for all hotel goods and services, ensuring quality and value.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts and terms.
• Implement and manage an efficient inventory control system to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their needs and forecast procurement requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Purchasing Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills.
• Thorough knowledge of supply chain management and procurement best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics.
