Position: Chef de Partie (Chinese Food)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie, specializing in Chinese cuisine.
• Expertise in various Chinese cooking techniques and authentic recipes.
• Good leadership skills, highly responsible, and reliable.
• Exceptional attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of hotel management software and systems is an advantage.
• A proactive and creative team player.
