Position: Chef de Partie (Chinese Food)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie, specializing in Chinese cuisine.
- Expertise in various Chinese cooking techniques and authentic recipes.
- Good leadership skills, highly responsible, and reliable.
- Exceptional attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of hotel management software and systems is an advantage.
- A proactive and creative team player.
