Position: Guest Service Agent

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably as a Guest Service Agent or Front Desk Agent in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with hotel management software (PMS).
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• A welcoming and friendly personality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
