Position: Chef de Partie (Main Kitchen)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Chef de Partie position in a hotel’s main kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of Western and Indonesian cuisines.
- Good leadership qualities, highly responsible, and reliable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a kitchen section effectively.
- Familiarity with hotel kitchen management systems.
