Position: Chef de Partie (Main Kitchen)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Chef de Partie position in a hotel’s main kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of Western and Indonesian cuisines.
  • Good leadership qualities, highly responsible, and reliable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a kitchen section effectively.
  • Familiarity with hotel kitchen management systems.
