Position: Front Desk Agent (Mandarin Speaker)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Agent, preferably in an international hotel.
- Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory; proficiency in English is also required.
- Highly responsible, reliable, with exceptional attention to detail in guest services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hotel management software & systems (e.g., Opera).
- A friendly, professional, and guest-oriented demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
