Position: Guest Relations Officer (GRO) Mandarin Speaker

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Guest Relations or similar role in a 4/5-star hotel.
• Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests.
• Highly responsible, reliable, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to handle guest feedback and resolve issues gracefully.
• Proactive in anticipating guest needs.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems is essential.
