Position: Chef De Partie (25156293)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef De Partie in a luxury hotel or reputable restaurant.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
- Strong knowledge of a specific kitchen section (e.g., Saucier, Garde Manger).
- Ability to lead and train junior kitchen staff like Demi Chefs and Commis.
- Excellent understanding of food safety, storage, and handling procedures.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail in food presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.
