Position: Executive Secretary
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to support senior management
- High proficiency in office management software and communication tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- A good personality, well groomed, hardworking, and disciplined
- Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast paced environment
