Position: Chef de Partie
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a four or five star hotel
- Strong culinary skills and expertise in a specific kitchen section
- Ability to lead and train junior kitchen staff
- A good personality, well groomed, hardworking, and disciplined
- Creative and passionate about delivering high quality dishes consistently
- In depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
