Position: Chef de Partie

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a four or five star hotel
  • Strong culinary skills and expertise in a specific kitchen section
  • Ability to lead and train junior kitchen staff
  • A good personality, well groomed, hardworking, and disciplined
  • Creative and passionate about delivering high quality dishes consistently
  • In depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
