Position: Sous Chef Western
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sous Chef role with a specialization in Western cuisine.
- Degree in Culinary Arts or a relevant field is preferred.
- In depth knowledge of classic and contemporary Western cooking techniques.
- Excellent skills in kitchen management, including ordering and inventory.
- Strong leadership abilities to guide junior chefs.
- Great decision making and problem solving skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
