Position: Sous Chef Western

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sous Chef role with a specialization in Western cuisine.
• Degree in Culinary Arts or a relevant field is preferred.
• In depth knowledge of classic and contemporary Western cooking techniques.
• Excellent skills in kitchen management, including ordering and inventory.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide junior chefs.
• Great decision making and problem solving skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
