Position: CDP Pastry
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a pastry kitchen, with CDP experience preferred.
- Formal culinary or pastry arts training is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in creating a variety of desserts, cakes, and pastries.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to lead a section and train junior staff.
- Great decision making and problem solving skills.
- Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
