Position: Mix Supervisor

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a senior bartender or bar supervisor.
• In depth knowledge of mixology, spirits, and cocktail creation.
• Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise bar staff.
• Excellent guest experience skills, with an engaging and professional demeanor.
• Strong ability to motivate staff and manage bar inventory.
• Great decision making and problem solving skills.
• Degree or relevant certification is preferred.
