Position: Marketing Communication
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the hotel’s marketing and communication strategies.
- Manage all social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Coordinate with media and handle public relations to enhance the hotel’s brand image.
- Design marketing collateral and promotional materials in line with brand standards.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Communication, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and PR.
- Strong creative, writing, and content creation skills.
- Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
