Position: Waiter
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage items.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area and service stations.
Qualifications:
- Has 2 years working experience at 4-5 stars international chain hotel, in a Waiter or similar position.
- Well communication in English, both spoken and written.
- Have a business & excellent service oriented attitude.
- Strong knowledge of F&B service standards and etiquette.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced team environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is an advantage.
