Position: Waitress (Mandarin Speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests, communicating fluently in Mandarin and English.
• Present menus and provide detailed explanations of dishes, especially to Mandarin speaking guests.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them in the system.
• Serve all food and beverage items professionally.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Build rapport with guests to encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications:

• Has 2 years working experience at 4-5 stars international chain hotel, in a Waitress or similar position.
• Well communication in English, both spoken and written.
• **Fluency in spoken Mandarin is a mandatory requirement.**
• Have a business & excellent service oriented attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for guest service.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Professional appearance and a positive, engaging personality.
