Position: Waitress (Mandarin Speaking)
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests, communicating fluently in Mandarin and English.
- Present menus and provide detailed explanations of dishes, especially to Mandarin speaking guests.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them in the system.
- Serve all food and beverage items professionally.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Build rapport with guests to encourage repeat visits.
Qualifications:
- Has 2 years working experience at 4-5 stars international chain hotel, in a Waitress or similar position.
- Well communication in English, both spoken and written.
- **Fluency in spoken Mandarin is a mandatory requirement.**
- Have a business & excellent service oriented attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for guest service.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Professional appearance and a positive, engaging personality.
