Position: Executive Chef (25168290)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all culinary operations, including signature restaurants, in room dining, and banquet events.
- Develop innovative, trend setting menus that align with the W brand’s modern and bold identity.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene across all kitchen areas.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a large and diverse culinary team to achieve excellence.
- Manage food cost, kitchen budgets, P&L, inventory, and procurement effectively.
- Collaborate with F&B leadership to create new dining concepts and promotions.
- Maintain a positive, creative, and compliant kitchen environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a 5 star luxury, high volume resort.
- International experience, preferably with a lifestyle or luxury brand (e.g., W, St. Regis, Ritz Carlton).
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
- Exceptional culinary creativity and knowledge of modern international and Indonesian cuisine.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, food costs, and P&L.
- Deep knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
Signature restaurant or pre opening experience is a significant advantage.
