Position: Cluster Sr Sales Manager MICE

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively solicit, negotiate, and book new and repeat MICE business.
  • Manage key MICE accounts and build strong, long lasting client relationships.
  • Conduct site inspections, client presentations, and familiarization trips.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets for the MICE segment.
  • Prepare sales contracts, proposals, and reports accurately and timely.
  • Collaborate with the Catering & Conferences team to ensure seamless event execution.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a 5 star hotel, focusing on MICE.
  • Strong existing network of MICE clients and event organizers in Jakarta.
  • Excellent negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Proficient in hotel sales systems (e.g., Opera S&C).
  • Fluent in English.
