Position: Cluster Sr Sales Manager MICE
Responsibilities:
- Proactively solicit, negotiate, and book new and repeat MICE business.
- Manage key MICE accounts and build strong, long lasting client relationships.
- Conduct site inspections, client presentations, and familiarization trips.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for the MICE segment.
- Prepare sales contracts, proposals, and reports accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the Catering & Conferences team to ensure seamless event execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a 5 star hotel, focusing on MICE.
- Strong existing network of MICE clients and event organizers in Jakarta.
- Excellent negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Proficient in hotel sales systems (e.g., Opera S&C).
- Fluent in English.
