Position: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and leisure accounts.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, bookers, and travel agents.
  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and reports on sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong network of contacts in the Jakarta and airport area market is an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self motivated, target driven, and energetic.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality.
