Position: Assistant Sales Manager – Jakarta Sales Office
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies for the Jakarta market.
- Manage key accounts and build strong, long lasting client relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, conferences, and sales missions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Based in Jakarta with a strong network of corporate clients.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
