Position: Bartender
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages consistently.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all hygiene standards.
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and handle cash transactions.
Qualifications:
- Has 2 years working experience at 4 or 5 stars international chain hotel, in the position as vacancy above.
- Well communication in English, both spoken and written.
- Have a business and excellent service oriented attitude.
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel or high end bar.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Strong understanding of classic cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
