Position: Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort customers to their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed information when asked.
• Take accurate food and drinks orders.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address any complaints promptly.

Qualifications:

• Has 2 years working experience at 4 or 5 stars international chain hotel, in the position as vacancy above.
• Well communication in English, both spoken and written.
• Have a business and excellent service oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in a Waiter or Waitress role in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Ability to build relationships with guests.
• A high standard of personal presentation.
