Position: E-Commerce Manager (Retail)
What you’ll do:
- Manage daily operations of the online store, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow online sales through campaigns, promotions, and cross selling initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing to run digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, email, influencer) and improve the customer journey.
- Monitor website performance, enhance UX/UI, and resolve customer escalations to ensure a seamless experience.
- Analyze data and provide regular performance reports, using insights to optimize sales, conversions, and customer retention.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital retail.
- Proficient with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar).
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with hands on experience in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Detail oriented, collaborative, and customer focused with a passion for innovation and growth.
