Position: Resort Manager
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring brand standards are consistently met.
- Drive guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability across all departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping).
- Support and mentor department heads, fostering a culture of excellence, talent development, and teamwork.
- Manage and resolve critical operational issues and guest complaints quickly and professionally.
- Ensure the resort operates in full compliance with all IHG standards, local regulations, and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven, progressive experience (minimum 3+ years) as a Resort Manager, Executive Assistant Manager, or General Manager in a reputable 4-5 star resort environment in Bali.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial acumen skills, essential for a large resort operation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage a diverse team and engage with high-level guests.
- Demonstrated ability to improve guest satisfaction metrics and drive revenue generation.
- A passion for hospitality and talent development in a vibrant resort environment.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, for professional and corporate communication.
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management or a related business field.
