Position: Quality Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance programs and internal audits across all hotel departments.
  • Analyze guest feedback (surveys, online reviews) and operational data to identify areas for service improvement and excellence.
  • Lead training initiatives related to service standards, brand consistency, and quality control procedures.
  • Work closely with department heads to resolve recurring quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with AYANA Hospitality’s quality standards and any external certifications.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Quality Manager, Guest Experience Manager, or similar role in a 4-5 star hotel.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and identifying trends in guest satisfaction and service gaps.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for driving quality culture change.
  • Proficiency in using guest feedback management systems and audit tools.
  • Must be a passionate and talented individual dedicated to continuous improvement and taking their career to the next level.
  • Certification in quality management or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
